Celerity Soldier Returns Home from Afghanistan
Celerity welcomes home Paul Sowton, a member of our technical team based in Glasgow after serving six months in Afghanistan.
Paul who is an officer in the Territorial Army Royal Artillery has been working with the Afghan National Army (ANA) in various locations across Helmand province. Various roles ranged from organising activities to improve the perception of the Afghan government in the eyes of the Afghan people, to providing the link between local Afghan security forces and government officials and the British forces in the area.
Paul is now back at work and no doubt re-adjusting to some very different surroundings from those he has experienced over the last 6 months.
Everyone at Celerity would like to welcome Paul back and are delighted at his safe return home.
