As part of the ongoing changes and expansion in 2017, Celerity have invested in our own Inside Sales function, based at our head office in Preston.
The aim of the new Inside Sales function is to generate qualified new business opportunities for our external sales team to follow up and progress. A further responsibility is to develop their own customer base, carrying out smaller transactions from the outset through to close. The role provides an excellent opportunity for advancement to an external sales position with plenty of scope for progression and career development along the way.
The team will consist of two inside sales executives and one inside sales team leader. The team leader role will provide support and guidance to the team to ensure that all operations run smoothly and effectively.
The new inside sales function will enable the sales and marketing teams to work more closely with regard to delivering integrated telemarketing campaigns. "The inside sales department is a fantastic new resource for us" commented James Green, Celerity Sales Manager, "we now have full control over the new business development cycle that will allow us to develop and nurture stronger relationships with our prospective clients. As we continue our investment in sales and marketing it is evident that an inside sales function will be pivotal in assisting Celerity with our new business objectives".
We are delighted to welcome the first new team member, Magdalena Bautembach as an Inside Sales Executive. Bringing Magda on board has added a new dimension to the Celerity sales and marketing team.
“Celerity offers fantastic progression routes, training and development, which is exactly what I am looking for in a job. I will be using my transferable skills of working with government and private organisations to build positive relationships with clients and help to grow the Celerity portfolio” comments Magdalena.
Sales Manager, James Green adds, “Magda is a great asset to the team, she has excellent communication skills and extensive experience dealing with a variety of customers, so will be key in helping us to seek out new business opportunities.”
Originally from Poland, moving to the UK in 2012, Magdalena has worked in a very broad range of sectors. In her spare time, she enjoys watching Manchester United at Old Trafford, clay-pigeon shooting and attending supercar meets (although she doesn’t have one herself – yet!)
Welcome to Celerity Magda!
