Jane has recently been promoted to the position of Business Operations Manager.
Jane has been with Celerity since the very beginning and is truly deserving of this position. The promotion comes in great recognition of her importance to the company and the key role that she plays in the day-to-day running of the business.
Celerity’s Commercial Director, Craig Aston comments "Jane's long experience in Celerity and her knowledge end to end of the business, plus her relationships with key suppliers and customers make her the natural choice to run and enhance the operations department as we continue to grow the business.”
Jane’s role will consist of daily financing responsibilities, including payroll, commissions, expenses and cash management. She will be responsible for all internal business operations, from purchasing and sales invoicing to rebates. Jane will also be responsible for managing relations between Celerity and key suppliers.
“I am delighted to have been promoted to Business Operations Manager and excited about developing this role within the organisation. I hope that my years of experience with Celerity will continue to benefit the company and help drive the business in the future. Celerity has a fantastic operational team and I am very proud to be part of it,” adds Jane.
Neil Hulme has also taken up the new position of Technical Delivery Manager.
“Neil has been in the role from the beginning of April, forming part of the ongoing changes of Celerity to meet business growth and continued development,” says Service Delivery Manager, Bill Guile, “Neil has a wealth of knowledge and business acumen, which will be hugely advantageous for him embarking on this new position.”
Neil’s new role will see him giving guidance and support to the Celerity sales team, whilst also being the lead within the technical department of the company.
Within his new role, Neil will be responsible for delivering a streamlined approach to the technical aspects of Celerity’s service delivery.
He will provide solutions to complex IT services, be the point of escalation, support the technical team on proposed solutions, work closely with the sales team on technical deliverables, provide support and stand-in for the service delivery manager and provide a methodical approach to risks, challenges and decisions for the team, projects and service delivery.
