Celerity is delighted to announce that Emma Watson has joined the team as Service Desk Analyst based in its Technical Offices in Sunderland.
“My background is in property and business centre management, previously working for a global corporate company called Regus and a Leeds based company called Evans. I started a flexible business around my full-time career in 2013 in the health and wellness sector with the vision of being able to work from home flexibly so I could start a family and I achieved this in 2015. Fast forward three years, I still run my business but I also felt the time was right to learn something new and Celerity is a company I have prior knowledge about, as they were a previous client of mine at Regus - it always seemed a great place to work,” commented Emma.
Emma’s organisational and efficiency skills will work well in the Service Desk Analyst role ensuring service levels and targets are met and is a good entry point for her to learn more about another industry and to build on some of the skills she already has from her previous career.
“Emma is joining the team during an exciting period of change and improvement to our tools and processes, this is a great opportunity to get involved at the beginning of a new era” commented Peter Burn, Celerity’s Service Delivery Manager. “Emma brings a different skillset that will help provide overall balance to the team to enhance our service management capability.”
In her spare time Emma enjoys keeping fit by running, spinning and spending weekends with her family at their caravan in Northumberland.
