Celerity has teamed up with the OSP Cyber Academy to offer a free of charge two hour interactive session for Local Government organisations at 1pm on 19th April at the Doubletree by Hilton, Chester.
The workshop will look at the following themes:
• Everyone asks are you compliant, talks about Data Protection by Design, and by Default, but what does this actually mean?
• Working towards the 25th May and beyond - data protection is an endeavour not a project.
The session will be hosted by Richard Preece, Chief Training Officer, OSP Cyber Academy, and Neil Hulme, Technical Delivery Manager, Celerity Limited. Richard has designed and delivered GCHQ Certified Training Scheme GDPR Data Protection Awareness and Practitioner courses, based upon real world experience across multiple clients and sectors. He will provide presentations on the two themes and then answer questions, before facilitating discussion amongst this peer group audience to help all work out what they need to focus limited time and resources on. Neil will provide advice on technical solutions currently available, as part of the overall Data Protection by Design and by Default approach.
If you work for a local government organisation and GDPR is on your agenda then we recommend you come along to this bespoke Workshop. Please register your attendance here.
We look forward to seeing you!
